Digital products

All products sold by Dear Special Day are digital, editable templates. No physical products are shipped. You get instant access to your files and your Canva template link right after purchase.

All sales are final

Because our products are digital and can be accessed and downloaded immediately, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds once an order is placed. Please read the product description carefully before you buy, including what can and cannot be edited on the design.

Problems with your order

Did something go wrong? For example, you did not receive your download, a link does not work, or a file is damaged or incomplete? Contact us through the contact form on our website and include your order number. We will make sure you get working files as quickly as possible.

Colors and printing

Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen and printer settings. Printing results from your own printer, a print shop or a printing service are not covered by this policy.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. When you buy, you agree that delivery of the digital content starts immediately and that, where the law allows this, the right of withdrawal ends once the download has been made available to you.
