Shipping policy

Digital products only
All products sold by Dear Special Day are digital, editable templates for invitations and party printables. We do not ship any physical products. There are no shipping costs, no customs fees and no waiting for a parcel.

Delivery method and time
Your order is delivered digitally by email immediately after your payment is successfully processed. The email contains a PDF with your Canva template link and step-by-step instructions. Depending on the design, files can also be downloaded as high-resolution JPG, PNG and PDF.

Delivery cost
Digital delivery is free for every order, worldwide.

Where we deliver
Because our products are digital, we deliver to customers in every country. Prices are shown in euros and may be converted to your local currency at checkout.

Printing your design
You can print your design at home, at a local print shop, or through a printing service such as Prints of Love. Printed orders from a printing service are handled and shipped by that service, under its own shipping terms and costs. Dear Special Day is not responsible for third-party printing or shipping.

Didn't receive your files?
1. Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Dear Special Day.
2. Make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct.
3. Still nothing? Contact us through the contact form on our Contact page or at contact@dearspecialday.com and include your order number. We will send your files again as quickly as possible. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
