This website is operated by Dear Special Day. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Dear Special Day. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Our products

Dear Special Day sells digital, editable templates for invitations and party printables, edited through Canva. No physical products are shipped. After purchase you receive instant access to a PDF with your Canva template link and instructions. Depending on the design, files can be downloaded as high-resolution JPG, PNG and PDF.

2. Canva

To edit your template you need a Canva account (a free account is enough unless a product states otherwise). Canva is a third-party service and its own terms apply. We are not responsible for changes to, or the availability of, Canva.

3. License: personal use only

When you buy a template you receive a personal, non-transferable license to edit, print and share the design for your own private event. You may not resell, share, copy, distribute or offer the template, the template link or the edited files to others, or use them for commercial purposes. All designs remain the intellectual property of Dear Special Day.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking all text, dates and details before printing or sending your design. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen and printer settings. We are not responsible for printing results or for mistakes in content you add.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the store and may change at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud.

6. Delivery

Your files are delivered digitally by email immediately after a successful payment. If you do not receive your files, please check your spam folder and contact us.

7. Refunds

Because of the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Accuracy of information

We do our best to show our designs and product information accurately. Product images are examples; the text you add will be your own.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dear Special Day is not liable for any indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

10. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your purchase applies.

12. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
